What We Do
The WGAW's Inclusion and Equity Department builds connections among industry executives, producers, studios, networks, production companies, agencies, and sister guilds to discuss employment trends, industry data, challenges facing writers, including writers of color, women, LGBTQ+ writers, writers with disabilities, and writers over 40. The Department also raises awareness of the unique challenges faced by these writers and promotes greater inclusion, opportunity, and representation across the industry.
